Online orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days of order confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday. Orders are shipped with ELTA local post.

Returns
Given the nature of our products, returns are only possible for defective items. The buyer has a period of 14 working days from the date of delivery to return the products to get a refund, free of charge, excluding refund shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be made by registered mail. All items must be returned intact, in their original condition and from the country in which the order was delivered. Refunds will be made within a maximum of one week of receipt of the refund. After submitting your refund, your credit card issuer will process the refund to your account.
