1. Shipping Within Greece

We ship all orders within Greece via ACS Courier, one of the most reliable delivery services in the country.

• Free shipping is automatically applied on all orders over €40.00 (after discounts and before tax).

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location or courier workload.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your payment confirmation.

• You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

During busy periods (holidays, sales, etc.), processing may take slightly longer — thank you for your understanding.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email including your ACS tracking number.

4. Delivery Issues

If you notice any problem with your delivery (delay, wrong address, or missing package), please contact us at info@antheaorganics.gr with your order number.
We’ll contact ACS Courier and assist you as soon as possible.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

Please check your parcel upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@antheaorganics.gr with photos and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we offer shipping mainly within Greece.
If you would like to place an international order, please contact us at info@antheaorganics.gr, and we will do our best to arrange a delivery.
