How can I leave a review on the website?

To leave a review on our website you must log in to your Account. You can then select the product or products you are interested in and leave your review in the ''Reviews'' section.

How can I create my account?

To create your account, click on the ''Login'' button, which is located at the top right of the home page. You will then be taken to the Registration section, where you can fill in your details.

How can I change my details?

You can change your details at any time by logging into your account and clicking on the Account Settings section.

What happens if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, enter your email and click on Reset Password. You will then receive a link in your email that will take you to your Account section, where you can change your password.

How can I find my order history?

Your order history is located in your Account section. This is where you can find all the orders you have placed as a registered user.

Questions about Orders

How can I place an order?

You can place your orders in three ways:

We accept orders daily from Monday to Sunday.

Orders placed by 12:30 PM (Greece time) are processed the same day.

Orders placed after this time are processed the next day.

Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday.

How is my order confirmed?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place your order as a guest.

How can I cancel my order?

You have the option to cancel your order at any stage before final delivery. In this case, you will be refunded the full purchase price, as well as the amount you were charged for the delivery of your order. The most expensive delivery methods are excluded.

How can I return my order?

You have the option to return your order free of charge within 14 days of receiving it. In this case, you will be refunded the full purchase price, as well as the amount you were charged for the delivery of your order. The most expensive delivery methods are excluded.

Attention: The basic condition for returning your order is the return of the product or products you purchased in excellent condition.

How can I change my order?

You can modify your order if you wish, at any stage before the final payment. Once you have paid for your order, changes are not accepted. To change your order, you can contact us by phone at 2311 261042 or by email at contact@antheaorganics.gr .

The product I received is defective. What can I do?

All products sold through the Anthea Organics e-shop undergo quality control to ensure their excellent quality before reaching the consumer.

However, if the product you received is defective, you have the right to return it within 30 days and receive a new product or a refund of the money and shipping costs you have paid.

I received the wrong product. What can I do?

In the event that any of the products you received are incorrect, please contact Anthea Organics customer service by phone at 2311 261042 or by email at contact @antheaorganics.gr .

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

  • SHIPMENTS WITHIN GREECE 1-2 days by UPS courier
  • SHIPMENTS TO CYPRUS 3-4 days UPS
  • SHIPMENTS TO EUROPE 4-6 days UPS 
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS 15-20 days with ELTA national mail

How can I track my order?

You can track the progress of your order by logging into your Account. If you have placed an order as a guest, you will receive an email informing you of the status of your order.

What if the product I want to purchase is out of stock?

If the product you want is in stock, you will be informed via email about its availability.

What if the product I want to purchase is not available?

In case the product you want is not available, you will be informed via email. If you have already placed your order and the product is not available, you have the right to cancel your order or place it for all the products that are available.

Do product prices include VAT?

Yes. All prices listed include 13% VAT.

Are the products organic?


Our products come from certified organic crops and the laboratory is organically certified by the Greek organic products certification body (DIO).

Do the products contain caffeine?

Herbs do not contain caffeine, which makes them ideal for consumption even in the afternoon-evening hours of the day.

Where do herbs come from?

The herbs come from regions all over Greece. Anthea Organics supports small producers who respect nature, the land and their products.

Is the product packaging recyclable?

Yes. The product packaging is zero waste. This means that both the outer packaging and the inner packaging (inner bag, sticker, tea bags) are made of 100% recyclable and environmentally friendly materials. No substances such as glues, staples or metals are used.

What material are tea bags made of?

ANTHEA ORGANICS tea bags are made from bioplastic (also known as PLA), which is produced from corn starch, as well as non-GMO raw materials. They are completely free of polypropylene – a substance that is particularly harmful to the environment. The material used to make them is completely natural, industrially compostable, biodegradable and much more environmentally friendly. Inside the cardboard box, the tea pyramids are placed in a bag made of vegetable cellulose (Nature Flex), a fully compostable and biodegradable material.

How long does it take for a tea bag to compost?

Composting is a process that is directly dependent on temperature. The warm climate of Greece helps this process to take place in less time.

Where can I compost tea bags?

Many areas have brown compost bins. If your municipality doesn't have one, you can throw the tea bags in your home's compost bin.

How can I prepare the perfect cup of hot tea?

For the perfect cup of hot tea, you will need filtered water which you will heat to a temperature of 90 o C. Then, place the recommended dose corresponding to each herb, following the steeping time, as indicated on the back of each package. Strain and serve.

What is cold brewing?

Cold brewing is a simple and practical method of slow extraction, using cold water. Its advantage is that it allows all the aromas of the herbs to emerge while achieving a tasty, healthy, cold tea.

How do I make iced tea?

Use for each cup, 2-4 g of herbs in room temperature water.

Leave the mixture in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours. Strain and serve. If you prefer it sweet, add a little honey or the amount of sugar you desire.

What is the best way to store my products?

If you want to preserve the aroma and freshness of the products, make sure to store them at room temperature, away from light and moisture.

What is the shelf life of the products?

You can find the expiration date of each product at the bottom of their packaging.
