How to Brew Organic Green Pu-Erh

Heat fresh water to 80–85°C. Add 1 tsp of tea to your cup or teapot. For a clearer, smoother taste, lightly rinse the leaves with a splash of hot water and discard it.

Pour the hot water over the leaves and steep for 2–3 minutes. Adjust to taste. You can re-infuse the leaves 2–3 times, adding a little extra steeping time with each round.

Enjoy its naturally soft, earthy character on its own. A touch of honey or lemon is optional.
