Dosage: For each cup, 2 grams of Jasmine Blend tea (1 teaspoon) is recommended.

Add fresh hot filtered water (80oC) to the special container and leave it for 2-3 minutes with the lid closed to release its essential oils. It can be served plain, or with honey.
