Yes. The packaging of the products is zero waste. This means that both the outer packaging and the inner (inner bag, sticker, tea bags) are made of 100% recyclable and environmentally friendly materials. Substances such as glues, staples or metals are not used

The Anthea Organics tea bags consist of bioplastic (known as PLA ), which is produced from corn starch and non-genetically modified raw materials. They are completely free of polypropylene – a substance that is particularly harmful to the environment. The material that are used to make them is completely natural, industrially compostable, biodegradable and much more environmentally friendly. Inside the box packaging, the tea bags are inside a sachet made of cellulose (Nature Flex), a substance which derives from wood-pulp and is fully biodegradable and compostable.

Decomposition is a process that depends directly on temperature. The warm climate of Greece makes this process taking place in less time.

Several areas have brown decomposition bins. If your area does not have it, you can throw the tea bags in the special decomposition bin of your house.

For the perfect cup of herbal tea, you will need filtered water which will be heated to a temperature of 90^ο C. Then, place the recommended dose for each herb, following the designated time, as written on the back of each package. Strain and serve.

Cold brewing is a simple and practical way of slow extraction, using cold water. Its advantage is that it allows all the aromas of herbs to emerge, while achieving a delicious, healthy, cold tea.

Use for each cup, 2-4 g of herbs in water at room temperature.

Leave the mixture in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours. Strain and serve. If you prefer it sweet, add a few stevia leaves or the amount of sugar you want.

If you want to keep the aroma and freshness of the products, make sure to store them at room temperature, away from light and moisture.
