Sencha green tea is processed using the steaming method giving them higher levels of vitamins and anti-oxidants than other green teas. The “shaping” process that precedes the drying gives the tea its characteristic leaf shape. This Sencha has a grass-like flavor with a fine sweetness is a pleasure for every green tea enthusiast!
This organic Green tea Sencha is carefully mixed and packaged by hand in a compostable kraft bag.

Recipe for hot tea
Recommended dose: For each cup, it is recommended to use 2 grams of Green tea sencha.
Add fresh, warm, filtered water (80ºC) in a pot and leave the tea to infuse for 2-3 minutes with the lid on, to allow the essential oils to be released. It can be served plain or with a teaspoon of honey.
